Purchased through our friends at Los Volcanes Coffee this washed Geisha is the quintessential taste profile we have come to deeply appreciate over the past years - delicate and sweet, and even ethereal.
The coffee is grown between 1200 and 1700 masl in volcanic soil and the harvest, starting in October and ending in February, yeilds around 34K quintales (34.000 x 100kg) of coffee cherry - quite a bit!
The drying is done on patios at Los Volcanes Coffee's mill, which is called Beneficio La Esperanza, in Antigua.
